Breaching the Liquor Act
If you breach the Act, you may face a disciplinary process.
This can include enforcement actions taken by the director of liquor licensing or a referral to the Liquor Commission which has the power to:
- issue warnings or fines
- suspend or cancel your licence
- apply other penalties depending on the seriousness of the breach.

Report a breach
Anyone with concerns about a licensed venue or a licence holder breaching the Liquor Act, should make a complaint to Licensing NT.
