Get refresher training for gaming staff

This page has information on refresher training programs for gaming staff and training providers approved by the Director General of Licensing.

If you are a gambling provider operating electronic gaming machines you must make sure your staff complete refresher training each year.

These programs are designed to help staff maintain a responsible gambling environment.

Gambling providers not operating electronic gaming machines must undertake the training biannually.

Approved refresher training

The table below lists approved training providers, programs and who they are aimed at. Gaming staff can take part in one of the following programs.
