I can't remember my password

If you have forgotten your password or are having issues logging in to the system, click on the forgot password link under the log in button.

From here you can request a password reset, an email will be sent to your email address with instructions on how to reset your password.

If you experience any issues or do not receive the email, contact the Commercial Passenger Vehicles unit by phone on (08 8924 7580) Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 4 pm, or send us an email at cpv.admin@nt.gov.au.

My mobile number has recently changed

If your mobile number has changed, you will not be able to log into the system until it has been updated unless you still have access to your old mobile phone number.

To update your mobile phone number, you will need to contact the Commercial Passenger Vehicles unit by phone on (08 8924 7580) Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 4 pm, or send us an email at cpv.admin@nt.gov.au.
