Variation of conditions of a development permit

If you or an authorised person wants to change the conditions of a development permit, you may apply to the consent authority before your permit expires.

Local government, service authorities and other interested parties will be invited to comment on the proposed changes, after which a technical assessment and report will provide a ruling or determine whether a consent authority meeting is required.
