Crime Prevention and Safety Expo

The Northern Territory Police, Fire and Emergency Services, in partnership with TIO, will welcome the public to the Peter McAulay Centre in Darwin on Saturday 25 March for the inaugural Crime Prevention and Safety Expo.

The community can learn from the experts about cybercrime, protecting homes, cars and businesses as well as insurance tips. The Northern Territory Fire and Rescue Service will simulate a kitchen fire and conduct a car-cutting demonstration as part of a simulated road rescue.This weekend's expo will run from 8am to 12 noon.

A similar event will take place in Alice Springs on 8 April on the Town Council lawns.
