Permits for commercial photos, filming in parks

Rules for commercial photos and filming

There are rules for filming or taking photos in a Northern Territory (NT) park.

You must not:

  • film or photograph anyone in any dangerous situation or less than 2 metres from a cliff
  • if the park can be identified, you must not show people doing anything improper, unsafe or not normal visitor activity.

These rules do not apply to characters in a feature film.
