International student wellbeing grant program

You can apply for funding for events and activities to enhance the wellbeing of international students living in the Northern Territory (NT).

Grants are available for projects that help students experience life as a Territorian.

The international student wellbeing grant program funding can be used to:

  • enhance international student wellbeing
  • encourage international students living in the NT to experience life as a Territorian
  • increase community understanding of the value of international students
  • strengthen partnerships with businesses, not-for-profit organisations, multicultural communities and education providers.

Projects that can be funded

International student development grant

If you are an international student, student or community group (not incorporated), you can apply for a grant of up to $500 for professional development.

Applications close Monday 30 June 2018 or when funding runs out.

International student wellbeing grant

If you are a community group, association, business and not-for-profit organisation you can apply for a grant of up to $10,000 (excluding GST).

Your grant must support the wellbeing of international students in the NT and encourage them to experience life as a Territorian.
