Mediators panel

If you are a petroleum company or landholder needing help to reach a land access agreement or variation, you can request a mediator to assist with negotiations.

Members of the mediators panel are appointed by the Minister for Mining and Industry. They can conduct a mediation between a petroleum company and landholder.

The department will appoint a panel member for you.
