Environmental management

The Petroleum (Environment) Regulations 2016 ensure the environment is protected in an area of petroleum exploration or production.

Under the Petroleum (Environment) Regulations 2016, all regulated petroleum activities must demonstrate that all environmental risks and impacts are identified and reduced to an acceptable level.
