Interstate liquor retailers form

All interstate retailers must comply with section 44 of the NT Liquor Act 2019 and the minimum sale price for liquor products.

Who can apply

To be eligible for an interstate retailer’s licence, you must:

  1. be a retailer authorised under a law of a state or another territory to sell liquor and
  2. not hold any other licence under the Act and
  3. not operate licensed premises in the Northern Territory.
