NT Code of Practice for Responsible Service of Online Gambling 2019

If you’re a licensed online gambling provider, you must comply with the Northern Territory (NT) Code of Practice for Responsible Service of Online Gambling 2019.

The code provides guidance on how to promote responsible gambling and minimise the harm it can have.

It is approved by the NT Racing Commission under section 148A of the Racing and Betting Act (NT) 1983.

In addition to the code, you should put other strategies in place to further reduce harm.
