Permits
Other By-Law Permits
There are many activities that may be conducted within a National Park
or Reserve with the provision of a permit. These permits are known as
By-laws permits and are governed by the Territory
Parks and Wildlife Conservation Act 2006 and
the Territory Parks
and Wildlife Conservation By-Laws.
These by-laws include:
- By-Law 18 Disturbance of Natural Features
- By-Law 20 Introduction of Plants
- By-Law 28 Driving Off Road
- By-Law 32 Operation of Aircraft
