Safety Information

A condition of entry to the waterslide area is that you must follow all Rules and Regulations.

Rules and Regulations

  • Obey all verbal and written rules.
  • Follow the instructions of Lifeguards.
  • Running or inappropriate behaviour on stairs, landings or waterslides is NOT permitted.
  • You must be 110cm or taller to ride.
  • Children under 10 years must be supervised by a person over the age of 16 years.
  • Blue and Yellow slides - no rafts; only one rider at a time.
  • Red slide - raft required; tandem (2) rider permitted.
  • Riders must go down the slides feet first, seated or lying on their back.
  • Linking together and forming chains is NOT permitted.
  • Stopping in the slides is NOT permitted - offenders will be evicted.
  • When you reach the bottom of the slide, move out of the splash area immediately.
  • Persons under the influence of alcohol or other drugs will be refused entry.

For your Safety

  • Sunglasses, eyeglasses, goggles or swim masks must NOT be worn on the waterslides.
  • Maximum weight of single rider or tandem riders is 180Kg.
  • Heaviest rider is to be at the rear of the raft with legs tucked under the arms of the smaller rider in front.
  • Jeans, belts or pants with stud or zips are NOT to be worn on slides.
  • All jewellery, including watches, must be removed.
  • CAUTION - for safety reasons, pregnant women and persons with heart ailments, or limb, neck or back weakness should not ride these slides.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any person, at all times. For example if a person is under the influence of alcohol or drugs or is considered to be a safety risk to others.
