Our Minister
In 2004, the government announced the EnvironmeNT Grants. This unique program offers exciting new opportunities for community groups, industry associations, schools and education providers to undertake environmental projects in the Northern Territory.
Over the past five years it has provided $2.62 Million to fund a diverse range of projects across the Territory.
The EnvironmeNT Grants Program targets projects in the Territory that aim to improve the sustainability of current management practices and technologies so that we can protect the lifestyle we enjoy for future generations.

2009-10 EnvironmeNT Grants Funding Update
All applications for 2009-10 EnvironmeNT Grants funding are now closed.
School Funding applications were announced on 15 June, 2009.
Individual and operational funding decisions were announced 13 August 2009.
