Application forms and guidelines

EnvironmeNT Grant Application Forms for the Individual and School Project Grants are available online, via download or by contacting (08) 8924 4525.

You can download an application form and complete at a later date. Select “Save as” and save your copy as a Microsoft Word document with your own name. This can then be completed electronically and submitted either via email or by mailing a printed copy to the address below. Electronic submissions are encouraged.

Hint: The downloaded document is protected as a form and you move between fields using the "Tab" key or your mouse. If required, this protection can be switched off by using the "Lock" button on the “Forms” Toolbar (which is found under “Toolbars” in the “View” menu).

PLEASE NOTE: Both Expression of Interest AND the Full Application form must be submitted to be eligible for consideration for Individual Project Grants.
